Not Very Pretty is an archive of unflattering photographs, founded in 2008 by Alison Kranz (see left), who has been a consistent NVP-er since the beginning of her life (see below). She does other things, too.Not Very Pretty does not seek to poke fun at the unbeautiful. Instead, its purpose is to record those moments of squishy faces, rolled eyes, and silly looks. You know those photos you untag on Facebook? Don't be ashamed; own them. Everyone has them--even the most beautiful people of all. You are Pretty and sometimes you are Not Pretty! That is what happens.
