I think I was actually hungover-famished. I couldn't even keep water down until about an hour before that picture was taken, which was some 18hours after my last meal.
It certainly is if you get it from The American Grilled Cheese Kitchen, which is the where that one's from. Gotta recommend the Moscone (pictured) or the Jalapeno Popper.

mmmm grilled cheese is the best hangover food! in fact, i would dare say it is one of the best non-hangover foods as well.
